4. Payments & Billing

Payment terms will be specified in the individualized service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Invoices are due upon receipt
  • Late payments may incur fees
  • Continued service may be suspended until outstanding balances are resolved

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice in accordance with labor, supply, or service changes.


5. Cancellation & Termination

Clients may cancel services according to the notice period outlined in their service agreement.

Apex Janitorial reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Payments remain overdue
  • Safety concerns arise for our staff
  • Repeated issues interfere with our ability to perform the agreed-upon work

Any unused prepaid services will be refunded in accordance with the client’s contract terms.


6. Quality Assurance

We take pride in delivering consistent and high-quality cleaning. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the concern promptly. Our commitment is to resolve issues quickly and ensure your satisfaction.


7. Health & Safety

Our team follows industry best practices, safety standards, and applicable regulations. We ask that clients ensure the environment is safe and free from hazards during our scheduled cleaning times.

If specialized safety requirements exist, they must be communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to service.


8. Liability

Apex Janitorial carries appropriate insurance coverage for general liability and worker protection.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damages resulting from pre-existing conditions
  • Items not properly secured or stored
  • Losses caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., building conditions, third-party contractors, weather events)

Clients must notify us of any damage claims within 48 hours of the service date.


9. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information submitted through the website or during service engagement will be used solely for communication, scheduling, billing, or service delivery. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.
